Discover hope. Use positive statements that help you boost your self esteem and confidence. Making changes can be intimidating, overwhelming, or confusing, but you can overcome these problems. Self talk helps you understand your inner struggles, discover your strengths, and literally, turn your life into one of happiness and ease.

With self talk, you can learn how to take control of your life and eliminate anxiety and fear. - This is so important, we are our own worst enemy, unfortunately if boundries were broken and trusted people in our lives at a time we are just beginning to have "self" thinking, we are taught one way and have to be retrained to change that behavior and its not easy at all. i work on it daily. Great info. Thanks for sharing!
