Posture Exercises: How to Automatically Fix Your Posture
improve the effectiveness of our personality. Good posture resonates confidence through our body language. How important is body language and posture when in terms of communicating, well studies show that 55% of our communication comes through our body language which is why you can see some one be so charismatic and confident who does not possess jaw dropping looks
Most people do not have good posture. Most people don't exercise which weakens their back muscles then add in the fact that they sit a computer all day. Your body is smart and will always take the path of least resistance meaning that if you don't use your back muscles your body will not keep these muscles strong. The old saying if you don't use it you will lose it applies here.
So how does one go about fixing their own posture? There are three popular methods.
1.) actively trying to have better posture, 2.) posture brace and 3.) posture exercises. The way that most people go about fixing their own posture is to consciously think about it and try to stand up start chest out. This does not work; your posture is an unconscious thing. The minute you stop thinking about your posture you will resort back to what natural for your body.
The second method is the posture brace. This certainly works but is uncomfortable when you stop using the posture brace most likely you will return to the your old posture. I don't like the posture brace because it is expensive. However if you are really lazy and don't have 5 minutes this could be an option
The Third is Posture Exercises. Posture Exercises are a combination of stretches and exercises designed to strengthen your back muscles which will automatically correct your posture. The Alexander Technique is a very popular set of exercises that you can use in order to correct your posture.
