Harry Potter's Illuminating Wand from the Noble Collection looks like the wand you have seen Harry using in the movies although at 14-inches long it is perhaps a bit bigger. (This one does have to hold two AAA batteries.) It is not actually made out of wood and no bowtruckles were bribed in the creation of this wand as it was actually made out of a strong resin material. The tip of the wand is a light bulb which you turn off and on by waving or by tapping it and which can be adjusted in terms of brightness. The first video on this page demonstrates how nicely this wand works. Your Harry Potter wand will arrive in a display box for proper storage when you are not casting spells with it.
