Powell River Fall Fair

Get Your Local Food at the Fall Fair!

Powell River's annual Fall Fair is one of the few old-fashioned agricultural fairs left. You won't see any mega-corporations sponsoring anything here, just animals, local produce, local crafters, and local people having fun.

One of the most important parts of the Fair is the local food, whether it's a local restaurant cooking up lunch on a propane stove under a shade tent, a market gardener selling fresh parsnips a foot long and 3" across, or Moe and Colin selling local rhubarb lemonade - there's something for everyone. No trouble meeting the 50 mile challenge here!

2011 dates for the Fair are Sat and Sun 24th and 25th of September. Bring your entries for the exhibit hall on FRIDAY AFTERNOON!
