    I've seen these at MC Sports numerous times and have been wanting to get a pair, there definitely on my shopping list here in the next month or two, great lens!

    Yes, the change is quick and easy and the big plus is getting rid of a bunch of individual weights or in my case a ton of plates, collars etc.

    have previously heard of power blocks never really researched them. Your lens helps. Are they as easy to change as it says. Does any one use them or seen them used commercially. i come from a small country town and have only seen traditional dumbells

    My husband bought the 5 to 45 pound set last year and they are really easy to use and look nice enough to have a place in our family room. I use them myself at the lower weight settings and the handles are very comfortable.
