The PR industry is in flux.  Although Public Relations will always be about influencing the influencers, the processes for defining "Who is an influencer?" and "How do we reach them?" have been blown up.  What does the future of PR look like?  And why the heck should ya care what I have to say about it?

I am a principal at SHIFT Communications, a "PR 2.0" agency with offices in Boston & San Francisco.

We focus on tech & consumer accounts - typically start-ups and/or mid-sized companies looking to recapture that start-up glow. 

In addition to "traditional" PR activities, blog relations, etc., at SHIFT we're also keen to prove the $$$ impact that PR can have on our clients' sales.
