    Hello Ryan,

    I practise Prasara Yoga along with Intu Flow and some Cettlebell-Exercises for half a year now and it has already completely revolutionized my physical abilities. In Scott Sonnons book about Prasara Yoga he mentiones the importantness of shaking the body before, after or in between the exercises. I would be very happy if you could tell us a little bit more about this. How is it done?
