To let the children be unaware

Give them visions, give them lies

Don't let them suffer, as they die

Let them think they are well fed

Visions of plenty in their head

Wrap them warmly in a dream

Wrap them up in angel's wings

Surround them gently with this lie

So they won't suffer as they die.
