well, it's what I eat.

When you eat the right kind of breakfast it will keep you going all morning without energy dips that can throw your whole game plan off track.Over the years I've tried many different strategies,

1)oatmeal-very good if you have time to make the real thing and add fresh fruit

2)cereal-doesn't stick with you long enough or provide enough nutrients

3)turkey bacon, eggs and grits-ok for mornings when your not working out.
