Are You Pregnant & Need To Get Away?

There are many reasons to consider pregnancy housing during your nine months. Some common ones are:

~ Homeless
~ Domestic violence

Im 22yrs old and i moved to New York from Ohio back in October 2008. I Became pregnant shortly after by my boyfriend and what i thought was going to be a beautiful experience has become a struggling nightmare. i am excited about my baby boy but overwelmed with the lack of friend and family support. May 2009 my boyfriend went to jail and is currently still there, with him gone i feel as if i have no support. I live with his mother which has a drug problem and even though i have a roof over my head, the living conditions are not up to par. I feel like im going to loose mind anyday now, and i try to stay strong for my child but i cant fight or hold back the tears and stress. I went from living ina 5 bedroom house in the upper class suburbs, to living in a roach infested 2 bedroom project apartment. I have lost contact with my family due to my decesion on keeping my baby. i feel lost and hopeless and stongly considering moving to a shelter to try and get help on my own. If anyone has info
