You will not be able to lift all of those heavy weight and do stomach crunches, but you are still able to walk, swim, and do pilates. This is another issue that you need to talk with your doctor about.
Watching what you eat and exercising will not only lead to a healthy pregnancy but has many other benefits. It will prevent stretch marks, cellulite, sagging breast and acne. Yes you can get rid of that annoying pregnancy acne. Your labor and recovery will also benefit. By staying fit during your pregnancy you will have a easier labor and a quicker post-delivery recovery. Lose all of your pregnancy weight and get a better body than you had before you were pregnant.
