Here are some tips for staying comfortable in the summer while you are pregnant.

- Drink lots of cool liquids
-Wear light color clothing as dark clothes will make you feel hot
- Go out early in the morning and in the early evening to avoid heat.
-Take naps as heat can make you feel tired.
