Pregnancy is a truly magic time for every woman. Even if it isn't your first, it is still quite special and different each time.
I don't know about others but for me sometimes my pregnancy felt like eternity. Well, come to think of it, it is 9 months out of your life!
During your pregnancy you go through a lot of changes, both physical and emotional. Your body is working flat out.
Thank God, we are in 21 century and there are a lot of gadgets, books and websites to help us get through biggest changes of our lives!
Here I would like to share which items and information I found really useful during my pregnancy.
MAKING THE DECISION TO HAVE A CHILD IS MOMENTOUS. IT IS DECIDE FOREVER TO HAVE YOUR HEART GO WALKING OUTSIDE YOUR BODY.

How do (did) you feel about your pregnancy?
Dieting during pregnancy
Eat healthy during your pregnancy and watch your weight.
However, do not follow any diets unless prescribed by your doctor and that includes Brewer's diet!
Every mama's must have
The books about labor&birth I have read and recommend:
Bio-oil - very impressive stretch marks treatment.
Pregnancy complications - watch out!
And some of us encounter many complications,such as pre-eclampsia,gestational diabetis,etc.
Be careful, watch your blood pressure,protein and sugar!
What you should avoid during your pregnancy:
- Recreational drugs
- Tobacco,alcohol and caffeine
- Changing your cat's litter/gardening without gloves
- Soft and unpasteurized cheeses and pates
- Raw eggs
- Sushi
- Heavy lifting and strenuous exercise
- Too much of oily fish (because of environmental pollutants)
- X-rays
