Through Natural and Organic Ways
There are several things you can do to stay healthy. Many of the same things will prevent you from getting diabetes, help you control diabetes, or even, in rare cases, reverse the negative effects of diabetes. Reversing diabetes through these or any other tips will be very rare, but it has happened. Keep in mind that if you do manage to reverse your diabetes, you will be at a higher risk than others for getting it again. Furthermore, always listen to your doctor first. Never stop taking medicine just because you found a more natural way to fix the problem without first consulting with your doctor. There could be complications with your particular scenario that the internet simply doesn't know about.
Exercise
Many people think that exercise isn't for them, that it's too hard, or that it takes too long. However, exercise is extremely important for maintaining good health, and it builds up your metabolism and helps keep your blood sugar in check without any kind of medicine, or even eating anything!
Eating Right
While exercise does improve your blood sugar control, the best way to control your blood sugar is to eat right. Don't eat too many high-sugar foods, especially if it's high fructose corn syrup, as your body has a more difficult time processing that than normal sugar. It is recommended that you build a healthy diet specifically designed for you, but to do that, you'll likely need some help from a licensed nutritionist, as it extends beyond my knowledge to create a single diet plan that works for everybody on the internet.
Nutrition Supplements
These should not be over-used, but nor should they be under-estimated. These can help a lot in providing you nutrients that will help your body stay balanced in several ways, including blood sugar levels. You can try a few supplements in small doses to see if they help you, but don't go on a full supplement-based diet without consulting a nutritionist first, for the same reasons I gave in the Eating Right section.
