Policy on Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct
It is the policy of the University of Texas at Austin to provide an educational and working environment for its students, faculty, and staff that is free from sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. 

Prohibition of Student Harassment
It is the policy of the University of Texas at Austin to strive to create and maintain an appropriate educational environment for students. In furtherance of that policy, all members of The University Community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures that no student is subjected to harassment. 

Prohibition of Sexual Assault
It is the policy of the University of Texas at Austin to strive to maintain an environment that is free from intimidation and one in which students may be educated to their fullest potential. 

Office of Sexual Harassment Prevention & Resolution
The Office of Sexual Harassment Prevention & Resolution was established on the UCSF campus in 1993. Our desire is to create a community in which all persons who participate in University programs and activities can work together in an atmosphere free of all forms of harassment, exploitation, or intimidation, including sexual. 

UCSF Sexual Harassment Policy
The University of California is committed to creating and maintaining a community where all persons who participate in University programs and activities can work and learn together in an atmosphere free of all forms of harassment, exploitation, or intimidation. 

UCSF Sexual Harassment Grievance procedures
The campuses, DOE Laboratories, Medical Centers , the Office of the President, including Agriculture and Natural Resources, and all auxiliary University locations (the locations) shall implement the following procedures for responding to reports of sexual harassment. 

Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures

Southwestern Community College Sexual Harassment Policy
Employees of the college have the right to expect a workplace free from sexual harassment. Students have the right to expect a learning environment free from sexual harassment. 

Complaint and Procedures
An employee or student who feels sexually harassed is encouraged, but not required, to informally resolve the complaint directly. The employee or student may choose to circumvent this step and may request mediation or formally report a complaint through one of the following channels.
