The wedding hat by Philip Treacy has been likened to a turkey twizzler, a toilet seat and a pretzel has been sold for £81,100.01. Massive jump in the price to £80,000 ($132k) on eBay today, has the bidding war for Princess Beatrice's hat finally taken off?. Royal Wedding watchers were stunned by the hats of Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice until then Kate and William's Royal Wedding was a masterpiece of grace, fashion and pageantry. Beatrice's Fascinator appeared inelegant to say the least this was mostly due in my opinion to the unfortunate camera angle which was from above. Princess Beatrice's hat was the most talked about hat of the Royal Wedding or perhaps ever.

Princess Beatrice has now in good spirit out her hat on eBay (UK) for charity with a starting id from Entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne of £5000 see the bidding price table below!

The hat was designed by Philip Treacy probably the most famous hat designer in the world but has now become a sensation on Facebook and is already an Internet Meme! Is this hat Fergie's revenge for not being invited to the wedding?
