Yes, you're right!

Mike says:

It blends fantasy, comedy, action, and romance -perfectly-. I can't stress it enough. Inigo stands to this day as my favorite movie character, and he has, what, like 10 minutes of backstory? And yes, even as a guy the love part of the story gets me all "I'm not crying my eye just started itching".

Sty says:

It has every aspect that makes a movie great save for one ... but it's PG-13 so I'm ok with that.

Nate says:

There has simply never been a better film.

missyharrell says:

I really love the movie! One of the best movies I ever seen...

Best. Ev. Arrr.

"As you wish!"

I love, love, love this movie! I first saw this movie when I was 12 and developed my first crush ever. Man Westley was hot.

Now in my 30's, I still love this movie. It's one of my husband's favorites too. We bought it on DVD a few years ago.

It's a keeper, that's for sure.

Kookaloo says:

A better movie is inconthievable!

ddixonart says:

It's definitely one that can be seen time and time again. I love the poison scene.

says:

I would have to agree, if not only for the great sword fight scenes, but also for the tongue-in-cheek humor.

xtnshun says:

An excellent movie. They way it pokes fun at itself is the best.

No way, Monkeybrain!

asd says:

the effects suck

Stephanie says:

it is gayyy

drifter0658 says:

It's in my top 10...Andre The Giant!...awesome flick

papawu says:

I can't say the best ever, but it is definitely one of my favorites. Pure entertainment with an incredibly diverse cast.

KilnGoddess says:

For fairytale quality in a modern world I found Edward Sissorhand much more enjoyable.

girlyred says:

It's a really good movie but, it's not the best. IMHO, I would pick The Wizard Of Oz.

Did you know that in the book, the Pit of Despair is actually called the Zoo of Death? Do you know what Westley and Buttercup's baby was named? You will love this book, if you liked the movie even the slightest bit.

THE IMPRESSIVE CLERGYMAN

papawu says:

I think I could ignore him easier.

freelief says:

As long as I don't have to keep a straight face...

THE ANCIENT BOOER

MandyB says:

So long as I have chosen true love there shouldn't be a problem, right? The clergyman would put me to sleep with his horrific drone only to wake up to still have it there - no thank you!
