Printing a file to PDF.
IF you're after an easy and cheap way to create PDF's from your Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or just about any other common filetype then look no further. This guide will show you how to print PDF documents from all your without having to spend big bucks on Adobe Acrobat or other similar applications.
Step 1: Download pdfFactory
First things first, you're going to need a PDF writing application such as pdfFactory to convert your documents into PDF files. You can grab a free trial version of PDF Factory here.
Once you've installed pdfFactory, open the document you want to convert to PDF.

Step 2: Printing to PDF
Select the Print menu item in the File menu in your particular application. Select the pdfFactory driver when the Print box appears then click PRINT.There is no need to use the Properties button if it appears in the Print dialog box.
Step 3: Waint for the pdfFactory preview window
Once you clicked print, wait for the pdfFactory window to appear as shown. Ste 4: View, Save, Send or Close
Now that your PDF document has been produced you can choose to:
- View it with a PDF viewer
- Save it to your hard drive
- Send it via email
- Close and stat again!
