Determined to help his brother, Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), break out of the Fox River State Penitentiary, structural engineer Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) holds up a bank to get himself arrested so he can smuggle in the prison blueprints and hatch an elaborate plan to set them both free. Synopsis
Lincoln Burrows is on death row for the murder of the vice president's brother. He insists he's innocent and only his brother Michael Scofield believes him. As an engineer who helped design the prison where Lincoln is being held, Michael takes drastic measures to help his brother. He gets himself arrested and sent to the same prison so that with his knowledge of the building the two of them can escape together. However, while inside, Michael discovers a massive conspiracy that is determined to see Lincoln's sentence carried out. Breaking out will be more difficult than he thought, but he's still going to try.

Prison Break Cast
Wentworth MillerLondon born-Brooklyn raised Miller is part African-American, Jamaican, English, German, French, Dutch, Syrian, and Lebanese. He graduated Quaker Valley Senior High School in Leetsdale, PA (Just outside Pittsburgh) in 1990 and went on to Princeton, where he traveled the world with the school's a capella group. After graduating Princeton with a degree in English literature, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the background of the entertainment industry, and later acting.
His acting career started with guest spots on TV, including Including roles in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Popular," and "ER," and a starring role in the ABC miniseries "Dinotopia." His first film role was in "The Human Stain," playing a young Anthony Hopkins. After that he landed supporting roles in "Underworld," "Stealth," "Joan of Arcadia," "Ghost Whisperer," and two Mariah Carey videos.
Miller was cast in "Prison Break" because his signature look and acting made him the perfect fit for the character, and later, the breakout star of the 2005 TV season.
Dominic PurcellDominic was born in England but moved to Australia at the age of two with his Norweigan father and Irish mother.
He left high-school to form a land-scaping business with some friends, and also spent a little time surfing.
When he got tired of his job as a landscaper, Dominic decided to try his hand at acting, with television success in Australia.
At the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts, he was a classmate of Hugh Jackman.
In 2000, he won a green card lottery, and moved to the United States, living in Los Angeles for a few years.
After getting the title role in John Doe, he eventually moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with his wife Rebecca, and their two children, son Joseph and daughter Audrey.
Moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, with her family when she was one, after she was born in La Grange, Illinos. Sarah graduated from the same exclusive private school as actress Kelly Preston, Director Jim Simpson (husband of Sigourney Weaver) and AOL's Steve Case. Her parents are professors at the University of Hawaii, Manoa.

Sara Tancredi Returns to Prison Break for Season 4 Sarah Wayne Callies is returning to Prison Break:
"Prison Break is bringing back Dr. Sara Tancredi, Sarah Wayne Callies, as a regular character for season four. Olmstead makes it clear that isn't Sara's head after all, and she's been alive, although not necessarily well, this whole time."

"So we got word on Wednesday that we are officially picked up by the network for Season 4. This is great news. We are all very excited. We are moving offices onto the Fox Studio Lot next week and we had to say goodbye to the offices that were our home for the past 3 years
Amaury Nolasco recently said: "From what I hear, we are going back in May. I don't know if you saw the cliffhanger. I'm back in prison."
Seems like the actors have gotten word that they will be back! Source Fox has announced that it is likely that production of the show will be moving from Dallas to LA: "The producers have an exciting idea for next season's storylines, and unfortunately, it may require moving the series back to Los Angeles." for creative reasons," said Chris Alexander, a spokesperson for 20th Century Fox Television." Ausiello: "Much to my surprise, I'm hearing a fourth season is pretty much a lock. Go figure".
SpoilerTV: "Just heard from a couple of contacts over at Fox who say that a 4th Season is looking extremely likely!" Matt Olmstead reveals: "Season four is jumping-forward, hit-the-ground-running storytelling. But we are dropping back, in flashback, and explaining how the characters got to where they are and the situation with her, certainly."
Paul Scheuring the creator has already a genius idea for Prison Break Season 4. We are entrusted by Kevin Hooks, one of the producers even though the episode 14 to 22 of season 3 haven't been written yet.
The shootings has been delayed from January to February becuase of the strike.
