I see the beauty in your practice, and there is always beauty even if you're just beginning yoga. It's my job to help you see the aspects of your practice that are worthy and empowering!
When I give suggestions for an adjustment or help you re-align, it's always to help you enhance your experience. I'm not trying to 'fix' you - that's not the point! You're perfect just as you are, AND you possess unlimited potential to grow and change as you choose. I am happy to help you discover this, to the best of my ability.

I am a licensed Anusara-Inspired(TM) yoga teacher. This signifies that Anusara® yoga, which is a school of hatha yoga which has trained many of the most skilled and sought out instructors in the world, recognizes me for the considerable education and skills I have developed with Anusara yoga teachers. John Friend, the founder of Anusara yoga and one of the most celebrated yogis alive, is my primary teacher, and I have traveled all over North America to sit at his feet, learn from his enormous experience, laugh with him (fun is important), and develop my own devoted practice.
I have devoted my life and study to the highest teachings of yoga, including the most therapeutic techniques for physical and psychological healing, as well as meditative paths that lead to peace and happiness.
And I've had the honor of using these skills to help hundreds of people.
