Chaos Space Marine Defiler

I've got quite the collection of professionally painted Warhammer 40K miniatures as well as other games. I just wanted to share them with the world and show them off. They're true works of art done by someone who's been painting minis for over 30 years. The attention to detail is astounding but as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. I'll add more pictures periodically as I find the time.

The Defiler was fashioned at the command of Abaddon the Despoiler. It is a six-legged machine with savage hooks and barbs along its limbs. The Defiler lays waste to the ground it moves over and batters down the strongest defences with its mighty battle cannon.

This mad machine is part dreadnought, part demon, and part Leman Russ. Unguided by any human hand, this machine of death is driven by the spiritual energy of one of chaos' many dark demons.

This isn't the same model I'm featuring but while searching for a video or two I came across this one. It's definitely interesting to see the different modifications people will do to their pieces but I think this guy gets an A+ for originality.

Hummmmm, . . O.k., Barb, this isn't a "Defiler", it's a "Soul-Grinder", from the Chaos Deamon book, (But your pretty close, lot of the same parts, just that this one is MORE deamon than a Defiler). Can't seem to get the alternative photo's to come up, would really like to see them. When are you thinking of changing out this picture for the next? ? ?
