Pro Caulk

If you have any experience trying to caulk anything, you know what a pain in the a#$ it is to get a smooth, professional looking finish. You try using your fingers, and pretty soon all your fingers and hands are filled with caulk and you still have a messy looking bead smeared with caulk.

A device has been used for years by professionals, it is the Pro Caulk A simple and effective tool the do-it-yourselfer can use to create professional caulking results in no time at all.

No More Mess

I remember a time I tried to install a tub shower surround around an old bathtub. The surround went in great but my caulk job around the tub looked like a child doing finger painting. And what a mess. I used about a roll of paper towels trying to clean up my fingers full of silicone caulking. I ended up throwing out a pair of pants because of the mess and my lack of ability to make a nice, even caulking line.

The mess is over!

A simple device can eliminate the frustration we have all faced trying to caulk around tile, tubs, sinks or anywhere you need to add caulk. The Pro Caulk is a smoothing tool that does a consistent job every time eliminating ridges, inconsistent beads of caulk and of course the mess.

What You Get With The Pro Caulk

The Pro Caulk comes as a kit with (3) edging tools. The tools are made of molded polymer with 4 edges on each tool that contribute to the fast and easy smoothing job. The kit also contains 1 silicone caulk remover tool, as well as a full tube of DAP silicone caulk.

How Do You Use The Pro Caulk?

Here is how you use the Pro Caulk

Step #1 Pick the correct color of caulk as well as the right kind of caulking for your job. Insert your tube of caulk into a good quality caulk gun such as The Gator Drip-Free Caulk Gun. Or, for smaller jobs use a squeeze tube, like the DAP caulk included in the Pro Caulk kit.

Step 2: Cut the end of the caulking tube at a size and angle that roughly matches the area you will be caulking. Most tubes have a guide on the tube for you to follow.

Step 3: Dispense your caulk in a steady line, filling in gaps.

Step 4: Use the correct Pro Caulk edge to smooth out your caulking line, removing any excess easily. This leaves a professional, even looking bead of caulk.

A job well done!
