Some Amazing Products You Gotta Try!

As most of you know by now in 2006 I began a quest for a healthier me. Its been a slow roller coaster ride at best but slow and surely I am getting where I need to be. One product I have added to my array of foods and snacks is Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Bars. I prefer the Apple-Cinnamon over any of the other flavors. Today, I was grocery shopping and in a bit of a hurry so I located my favorite bars grabbed 3 boxes and went on my way. When I arrived home and began unpacking my groceries I noticed I had mistakenly grabbed a box of Nutri-Grain Vanilla Yogurt Bars. Being a creature of habit and not one for change I was reluctant to try it. It was the most awesome snack I have ever tasted. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to pick up a box or two or three then do. I am not much for strawberry flavors but these bars also come in strawberry and I will most definitely be going back to the store tomorrow to buy more vanilla and perhaps a box of strawberry as well...YUMMY!!!

In March 2006 I began a quest for a healthier me and from the moment I began this quest I am constantly vigilant as I look for products that are not only good for me, but taste good as well. I am classified by those who know me as a VERY picky eater so this has been particularly difficult..lol..I have, however, found a low carb/low calorie drink that I absolutely love. I have tried the different variations of this product from the slenderize, refresh, and vitalize to the tea. My variation of choice is Slenderize and my preferred flavors are Cranberry/Rasberry and Strawberry/Melon! You will enjoy the crisp and refreshing taste of either of these flavor combinations. Here is the best part, these drinks are 5% juice and contain only 10 calories in an 18 oz bottle. Before you know it, it will replace any soft drinks you have been partial to over the years.
