A Profitable Niche Marketing Strategy

Here's the typical niche marketing strategy: Find a hot niche market were people have a burning obsession. Build a website that targets these people and sell them products or services that satisfy their desires. Then repeat the process for a totally different market.

That's the approach that Internet Marketers take and are successful with it.

However, there are many other people who try this and either never make a penny or eventually their online income stream runs dry. They continue to build more sites hoping to offset deteriorating traffic and income.

According to SEO expert Dave Kelly, that's the experience most affiliate marketers have with their sites. They build so many sites that soon they are forgotten and neglected.

To end this cycle of boom and bust, Dave Kelly believes that affiliate marketers should build up a sites content, traffic and income, and then sell it all for a profit. There is market of buyers for certain sites that fetch enough profit that anyone willing to put in a little time and effort into building such sites can turn it into a real online business.

Dave Kelly speaks from his own experience. He has build simple ten page informational sites, monetized them, drove traffic to them and a short time later sold them for thousands of dollars each.

Now he has put everything he has learned about flipping sites in a comprehensive course he calls The Profit Loophole. It shows how to select a niche, find the right keywords, write the content, driving traffic, monetizing the site and how and where to sell it.

The Profit Loophole is a high quality course presented through PDF files and video. It includes some of Dave's own sites as examples. He also includes some of the niche markets he has used for sites he had previously sold. Just recently, he added templates for people who have little or no HTML experience.

If you can maintain the sites you build and they continue to draw traffic and earn you an income, then there's nothing wrong with holding onto them. However, if you are the type that can't stay in one place and have to jump from project to project, then the Profit Loophole strategy is probably ideal for you.
