With iFit Technology and Adjustable Stride Length
As with many of the new elliptical trainers from ProForm, the ZE5 combines iFit workout card technology and built in workout programs to give you flexibility and variety in your workouts.
~~ With iFit technology you can use iFit workout cards(which can be purchased separately) with each card giving you 8 weeks of certified personal workouts. As you progress you may get additional cards that have more intense workouts.
~~ The ZE5 elliptical comes with 16 built in workouts with each designed by a personal trainer.
~~ The ZE5 also has an adjustable stride system allowing you to select from 13, 15 and 18" lengths. With each change in the stride length you will feel your muscles being worked a bit differently so you can focus on the areas that you feel you need most. The adjustable stride is also good for when you have different height people using the machine as each one can find their own stride.
~~ With the space saver design you'll be able to flip up the back end and save space when your elliptical is not in use.
