Project Life Scrapbook Album 2011

Each kit contains a large 3-ring binder, photo-safe pocket pages, and various printed cards for embellishing and labeling your daily photos. The page protectors allow you to slip 4 x 6 inch photos into a pocket for easy access. The printed cards are slipped into smaller spaces to embellish each page. Each 2-page spread of photo sleeves has eight spots for photos and one of the larger decorative cards that you can date as well.

A new product for this year (but not available at the time of this writing) are white journaling cards cut to the same size as the smaller spaces on each page. These can be used in place of the pre-printed decorative pieces. The cards contain a light grid design to make journaling easier. The included date stamper makes quick work of dating each card, but it's not necessary to do if for every card.

Don't feel that you have to start your book on January 1! The modular setup of these kits allows you to begin the project at any time. The idea is to document a full year in your life, but that year can start on any date you choose.

Big Picture Classes has opened a new, free Project Life Community at their site. The community offers message boards and a gallery where you can share photos of your pages and look for support if you have any questions. One section of the message board features posts regarding photo inspiration. Trying to come up with ideas for a new photo every day is not always easy and I look forward to getting and sharing inspiration.
