Mark Yokoyama is Director of Marketing for ePromos Promotional Products, one of the largest promotional products and corporate gifts distributors in the US.

One of my primary missions is to educate businesses and organizations about the value of promotional products and help people use them more successfully. To me promotional items aren't just giveaways, they're a tool you can use to solve problems and get results.

Some of the questions I hope to answer here include: How do I find the right promotional product for my company and configure and use it to acheive my marketing, branding or sales goals? How do I use employee gifts, awards and recognition products to improve workplace satisfaction, reduce turnover, and build my brand internally? How can I use client gifts to do more than just say thank you?
