I read in the sunday times travel section just last week that UK holiday makers visiting Turkey has taken over the amount of UK visitors to Spain for the first time in thirty years.
I can also confirm that Turkey and Egypt now make up over 90% of registrations on our site http://www.onpulseproperty.com - whilst most of those persons looking towards Turkey seem to be lifestyle buyers we still find a good number of investors looking to put money in to Turkey, largely because of the returns discussed in this article but of late we have seen i rise in UK buyers frustrated by the low interest rates in the banks.
