Abundance and Prosperity

It's a fact - God wants you rich! For years, poverty has been viewed as some sort of spiritual virtue that would be good to have. This has prevented many people from experiencing an amazing life because of the guilt of having a lot of money-a perceived sin. This is simply not true. The Old Testament shows us that God's will for His people is prosperity. Faith power houses like Abraham, Joseph and David had more wealth than they could spend. God established laws that promised prosperity to His people who obeyed. Genesis 39:3

Some New Testament scriptures have often been misinterpreted as espousing poverty but when taken in context, this means spiritual poverty -- acknowledging the bankruptcy of man's soul without God. Indeed, Jesus spent much of His time with the poor and rich; never discriminating and blessing only the needy.
Matthew 25: 14
For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.

Having abundance and prosperity is your birthright. He said He is your Father and what father does not desire the wealth and success of his children? These prosperity scriptures confirm that His Will for you is a life of fullness and without lack. You have to be fully convinced of this in order to be able to walk it out. When you live in light of divine providence and love, there is no container big enough to receive the blessings in store for you.
