- Generally we avoid to have health supplements in our daily food by pull out the fiber coated vegetables from our use. That may cause many disease as well. Health supplements are so much useful for our body which is used by very few people. Not only body builders need it but also all people should have to include it in their routine use. Body builders can also take whey protein isolate powder supplements for their needs.

- Most useful post workout or first thing in the morning, due to its quick digestion. Micellar casein may be a better choice before bed, or for times during the day when you will go several hours without food (if you are going to use whey, try mixing it with milk to slow down its digestion if you are consuming before bed or during the day).

- Whey protein is definitely the best protein out there hands down. Not only is it fine for people susceptible to lactose intolerance, but it's proven muscle recovery, energy efficience, and boosts your amino acids.
One thing I'd highly recommend however is using those myoplex meal replacements. Whey Protein is a supplement not a meal replacement. Unless you are using it in a smoothie or shake where you're adding efficient calories from fruits and veggies, your muscles aren't going to recover.

- I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have my Whey Powder . This stuff is convenient... Especially after your workouts!

- Hi, nice lens! I've been reading up on supplements to complement my workouts. One new product I found that's natural and builds muscles fast is Nitro Muscle Mass. Right now they have a free trial bottle so now is a good time to not give it a free try.
