The ThirdThing To Do With A PS3 Display Problem
If your cables are good then use the following method to reset the video:With the system turned off, hold down the power button on the PS3 for 5 seconds, until you hear a beep. DO NOT LET IT GO.
If it doesn't work the first time, keep trying until you hear a beep. This usually fixes most common types of video "hiccups".
