PSP RSS Channels
RSS Channel simply means Really Simple Syndication. It is a simple format designed for you to extract information of the internet as efficiently as possible onto your PSP. This information can be in different formats such as audio,video,images etc.
You can view a sample channel on you PSP by simply navigating to network on your PSP.
Then scroll down to RSS channel as shown below.

Adding A RSS Channel To Your PSP In 4 Simple Steps
Step2 - Go to the 'Internet Browser' Selection on the 'Network' Panel of the PSP Main Home Menu and Search for Any RSS, XML, etc Feeds of Audio or Video Files...or open a page that contains RSS-distributed content.
Step3- If you find a link to an RSS Feed that you like to stream, click on icon for the RSS-distributed content, and it will ask you whether you want to add it to your RSS channel. You can accept by pressing x, and it should be in your RSS Channel also under 'Network' Panel for you to view. Also, you will have added the channel list to your memory stick.
Step4- Go To The RSS Channel and you should be able to Listen or view the channel listing depending on if it is audio or video.

Playing RSS Music / Audio Content on your PSP
You can either play streaming RSS audio when connected to the internet or alternatively you can save RSS audio from RSS channels on your PSP memory stick duo and play it on your PSP without being connected to the internet.

Use Set Timer to automatically download RSS distributed content
The PSP RSS Channel feature has a Set Timer to enable you to automate downloading RSS distributed content from your favourite channels.You can set the PSP to connect to the Internet at a set time and automatically download content from any channel you are registered on.
You basically follow the instructions in this link and you should be able to download RSS distributed content whenever you wish.

Use the Options menu to manipulate RSS channels
The RSS Channel feature also has an options menu to enable you manipulate channels that are displayed on your PSP.There are different options to select and save multiple channels on your memory stick duo, set timer, save channels, start playbacks of selected items, open a the link to a Web site included in a channel in your channel list, delete channels and lastly display info about a channel.

RSS Channel Guide
RSS Channel Guide is an index of RSS audio and video feeds, or podcasts,available from XrossMediaBar (XMB), under the RSS Channel icon, providing PSP enthusiasts with a new way to find and download RSS content to the PSP.The PSP automatically gets connected to the internet when you select the RSS Channel Guide on your PSP Console.
There is a selection of sites you can access using the RSS Channel. The sites distribute RSS Content that can be added to your channel list. You can choose the sites by region. Currently there are North America, Europe and Japan to choose from. Alternatively, you can search for videos by keywords.

The North American link is directed to the Sony Playstation Site where you can download free content for your PSP if you have an account with them.
The Europe link supports English, Dutch, German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian and Spanish languages. Currently you will be able to download video content from Google Video and Grouper.com.
Then the last link is for our Japanese users.
There is a lot of good audio, video and image content on all links.

- Rss channel is different than what you think. Rss channel is like a website that offers News or Videos or more, You dont get games from it only simple webbased games possibly

- you cannot download rss psp games because thats not what rss supports, only videos,pictures, and audio. if you want free games go to piratebay.org thats my best way.
