Children are very Psychic

Psychic Children

I am creating this lens for a few different reasons. I just finished watching a show on T.V. about Psychic Children, and the one thing that kept going through my mind was, I wish someone would have taken the time to help me learn about my gifts as a child, instead of making me feel like a freak.

Plus, I believe this is a very important subject because children are so attuned to the Spiritual World and Psychic Abilities when they are young. The problem is; they do not know what to do with these abilities and are unsure how to use them.

Last, I believe children need to safe enough in the family to have open communication. Many Gifts are lost in children because they become afraid or unsure of what they are experiencing. They begin to wonder if what they seen were real or pretend is this good or bad, doubt is a horrible emotion to feel and unfortunately it begins at a very early age.

I hope I can put this lens together the way I have it pictured in my mind, mainly using my own experiences as examples.

Children are very Impressional-

As I have mentioned on some of my other lens, my first memory of seeing Spirits is when I was three years old. I remember screaming for my mother but she never came in to check on me. I do remember being so scared that I shook under neither the covers and I must have cried myself to sleep.
Years later when I brought that night up to her, she said that my uncles would not let her come upstairs to check on me because I was just wanting attention.

We were living with my grandmother at the time, and it was in the same house that every day I would sit on the third floor steps and talk to a little girl who wore a cape. The little girl would never come downstairs, but always wanted me to stay on the steps with her.

My grandmother and mother both were Catholic and every time I turned around my grandmother was carrying me to church with her. Of course, I always got in trouble for either playing in the holy water or asking questions I should not been asking. I always pretty much stayed to myself or hide from the adults because I scared them. When I started saying things that I should not have known is when things really got strange for me.

Because of my differences I was made to feel as a freak or a loony bird. When I tried to deliver messages to my mother, she would either say I was lying or she would make a joke. After experiencing this for so long, a child will begin to believe there is something wrong with them. Eventually I became afraid of seeing Spirits and tried my best to tune out the messages that I was given to tell other people. I did not hear voices in my head; it was and still is different.

I have never felt alone, because I know I am never alone. Today and as an adult, me being empathic has intensified to a point when the messages come through, there is no stopping them. I have trained myself in knowing what messages are important enough to come through, and which messages are not.
Because children are so impressionable, if I would have been taught in an early age, that these gifts do not make me an evil person, perhaps things could have been different.

While I was raising my brother and sister, I always encouraged them to talk to me about everything. If they were picking up different kinds of feelings, seeing spirits or hearing messages; I wanted them to talk to me about it. I always talked to them openly about the Spirit World and what I believed. I also stressed that they needed to choose their own paths in life and not to live in fear of the Spiritual things around them. I have one sister who has dreams that comes true. Back in the late 70's, she dreamt of this little boy drowning at a big lake, by week's end, it came on the news that a little boy drowned at a big lake not too far from where we lived.

Life is different today than when I was a child or raising my brother and sister. There is the internet that has a ton of different resources available to help with anything and everything. Always pay close attention to what your children are saying and observe them.

New Question-May 2009

Loading poll. Please Wait...

The previous question was:

Did you experience psychic things as a child?

The results:

80.6% of the people answered YES

19.4% of the people answered NO

I think that is a huge difference.

My brother was telling me the other day that his friends child (who is 10 yrs. old) has been seeing an older woman who wears a bun on top of her head. The first thing I asked was does her parents believe her? The childs mother believes it is a relative that recently died, so the answer is yes the parents believe the child.

Remember...

Observe

Communicate

Share

Teach

Listen to your children. Do not discourage or make them feel as if they have a problem or are strange.

Your children have these gifts for a reason.

Are you an Indigo Child?

I found these questions on the internet.

I am posting these questions for a reason. I have also posted two poll questions. I will be the first one to admit that I was not real familar with Indigo Children or Crystal Children I have heard of them and was told many years ago that I should research them, but I was never lead to do so, until I wrote this lens.

Take just a few minutes and answer these questions-do you for yourself or your child. Then Please take the polls. I am really curious in something.

Questions

1. Are you always searching for your greater purpose in life but feel like the world isn't set up for your kind?

2. Do you sometimes feel wise beyond your years?

3. Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society?

4. Do you feel out of place in today's world?

5. Do you perceive the world very differently than most people around you?

6. Do you have strong intuition about certain things that most others do not?

7. Do you often feel misunderstood when you try to talk to people about what's real?

8. Are you a truth seeker?

9. Do you feel like you were born to accomplish a special mission in life?

10. Do you feel isolated and alone in your beliefs?

11. Misunderstood by family?

12. Do you feel anti-social unless you are with people of like mind?

13. Are you emotionally sensitive?

14. Did you have a difficult childhood?

15. Do you often feel disempowered by too much authority?

According to the web site, if you answer YES to most of these questions, chances are you are an Indigo Child.

Now, I know there will be a lot of similaries in situations. But I believe when taking this test, the occasional once in a while happenings, and the pure hard facts need to be kept separated.

As an example: When I was a child I was very rebellious. Not only was I rebellious, but I stuck to my own beliefs about the situation. Whereas if someone wants something and does not get it right away they get a little rebellious and after they get what they want, everything is fine. I hope that example made sense.

Indigo Children Questions

Many times in life we look for confirmation from things we believe or feel. I feel that confirmation offers us a healing in one aspect, because it marks a place within ourself we can begin to believe and trust in our own intuition.

A remarkable lens ! So, when we hear about children and their imaginary play friends, perhaps they are NOT so imaginary?

Great subject to air- many psychics, as kids had no one to help or guide them and that can be tough. Every parent should try to help their children with ANY natural ability their child displays. If you feel you have a psychic child find out all you can about Psychic Ability and get any advice from adult psychics that you can that may help you, help your child. Great lens.

Excellent subject. So many children are struggling with psychic abilities, but are being suppressed. Even worse, some are being drugged. Religion, ignorance and restricted thinking by parents, teachers and others are hindering or stifling the development of children that will soon be needed to help usher in a new age. Your efforts to educate and inform people on this subjects are commendable.

Fantastic lens! Having worked with children over the years, I observe the lack of nurturing of a child's inner abilities, and also the lack of effective communication with the child. Much of the symptoms displayed by children in a lot of cases I believe are a result of a child never feeling safe to express who they really are. The result is that they act out in one way or another, and also their body chemistry is affected by this inner turmoil. Keep up your good work in nurturing the inner brilliance of the child. Much of my work involves helping the child relocate their inner beauty and strength. Stay blessed, Joseph
