Psychic power experiments can be dated far back into history, when the famous Russian psychic, Nina Kulagina shook the world like a storm with her proven psychokinesis.

The story of Nina Kulagina is one of war, strife and hunger during the battle between the Nazis and Leningrad. She was absorbed into the army to fight the war against the Nazis, she performed above expectations and rose to the level of a sergeant before she was finally wounded and rendered incapable to fight anymore. She later recovered from her injuries and settled down with her husband.

Nina noticed her psychic powers afterwards; she could see things that are veiled within one's clothing. She had a mental picture of anything; she could detect sickness and could even diagnose the exact cause. Her psychokinesis was the most astounding of all her psychic powers. It was what convinced the world of the reality if the paranormal. She claimed that she could move anything with her mind, and people that had witnessed the unusual ability attested to it.

However, for the sake of logic and credibility, she was subjected to psychic power experiments. She was tested for any magnetic elements that she might have hidden somewhere under her garment or under her very skin by the best scientist in that field, and of that time.

They documented their findings that they did not find anything that suggest that she possesed any magnetic object. They also documented their findings that they cannot logically or scientifically explain how she could move objects, be it metal or plastic from one place to another.
