Definition of a psychic vampire

A psychic vampire is a person who cannot generate their own energy. They must feed off of other people either in a positive or negative way. They have to constantly be around other people. They will usually feed on others without a second thought. Some vamps might not even now what they are doing. Others know very well their true intentions.

Here are some signs that you maybe a target of a psychic vampire

A feeling of being "drained" when around a certain person. An overwhelming feeling of fatigue after having a conversation.

A sense of mental confusion. It may be hard to tell the what is truth and what is deception. You may start to question things that you believed along to be true.

Sleep disturbances may be present. If suddenly you have trouble sleeping or are being plagued by disturbing nightmares you may be under attack.

Physical illness might accompany mental symptoms. If you feel a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach when around a person this may be a clue.

If you are suddenly irritable with the most common of things and people be aware.

Headaches and muscle tension are other key signs of an attack.

What to do if you feel like you are under attack from a psychic vampire

First of all you must be aware of how you feel around people. Take stock in your mental and physical feelings around people. Who makes you happy and full of energy? Who is just draining and exhausting to talk to? You must become in tune with your feelings on a very deep level. Some vampires are so subtle that you will not even know what is happening.

When you do feel you have found the "vamp" deep meditation is in order. In a meditative state imagine you and the vamp linked together with cords and veins. Now picture yourself unplugging the cords and veins between you and the "psyvamp". Tell yourself "no more" "you have no power over me" "I am aware of you and you hold no court in my life anymore"

If you must have contact with this person "shield yourself". Imagine a bubble of white light around you that repels negative energy and forces. Fill yourself with the white light of positive energy then emit it.
