Psychobilly Music & Culture 

Falling somewhere between 50s greaser and 70s punk rock subcultures, the Psychobilly style is borrows a little bit from everywhere. The gals wear clothes influenced by pin-up models of the 50s, B-movies, and retro hot rod culture. Tattoos and hardware abound. A little edgier than rockabilly, psychobilly clothing often includes images of zombies, monsters, tattoo art, horror movies, flames and devils, and so forth.

Like most fashion movements, Psychobilly style comes from a musical movement of the same name. Bands such as The Meteors and the Cramps combine rockabilly and punk rock, creating a musical sound which mirrors the look.
