Many websites claim that public records cannot be obtained - I have checked the recommended site (Gov Resource) and found 4/6 people I searched for.
What do you claim? is it a big scam ? Could you find the record you were looking for?

public records [insert your state, city or county] inurl:.gov
Please notice to look for the TLD of the site on the search results (it's the last part of the address) and notice there's a .gov at the end for US and .gov.uk for UK gov sites.I still advice to use paid services and especially ones like in publicrecords-search.net that has a 4 day trial.
