How To Make Your Public Speaking Fear Disappear... So You Can Speak With Confidence
You've got great ideas. But you have to be able to relax to effectively share them with the rest of the world.
Just the thought of it is enough to trigger public speaking fear symptoms. It's enough to skyrocket your heart rate... make your palms sweaty and your knees wobbly... and even make you sick to you stomach.
But it need not be that way at all.
The feelings you experience about public speaking are simply the result of past conditioning.
Now you can change that conditioning very easily -- by clicking here. Just sit back, relax and allow yourself to be transformed from fearful to powerful, from timid to self-confident, the easy, autopilot way.
Even if you've never spoken to a group before, you can deliver a great speech that captivates your audience and literally has them on the edge of their seats, listening intently to every word.
The real secret is to not just overcome public speaking fear, but to transform all that energy into a vibrant performance that brings life and meaning to your words.
Wipe Out Fear and Speak With Confidence Every Time
Fear stops most people cold. Yet nearly everyone feels fear before speaking. If you let the fear control you, you're doomed. But if you learn how to master it, speaking in public is as easy as speaking to a close friend.

What One Fearless Public Speaker Made The Greatest Impact On You?
Ever heard someone speak and been totally blown away by the experience?
I've experienced a couple of truly great speakers live... and heard many more good to excellent ones. Of course for the great ones, the fear of public speaking doesn't show and I doubt it even exists. Two names that stand out for me are Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins. Both are motivational and inspirational.
I first heard Bob speak way back in 1988 at York University in Toronto. It was a weekend long training that I'll never forget.
I had the opportunity to not only hear Tony, but to experience walking across a 12-foot long bed of hot coals at his seminar. It was a Friday night event attended by some 500 people called: Fear Into Power - The Firewalk Experience.
It was truly transformational. I remember getting home around home 3am and not wanting to wash my feet so I could show everyone in the morning.
You don't have to walk on fire to overcome the fear of public speaking. All you need is to recondition your mind and take back control. With control, you have confidence. Without it, fear takes over.
But fire-walking is such an amazing, belief-altering experience that I highly recommend you jump at the chance to do it.

As i mentioned once in one of my blogs that the fear of public speaking is something very natural and no one can triumph over it totally, simply because its something humain.
