This will be my lens on how I lose weight. I am starting out at 208 LBS. My goal is to get down to 185 LBS. If it matters I am right at 6 feet tall. I am going to use this and my obsession with stats to fuel my weight loss. See below for the daily weight update. I will weigh myself every morning to make sure I have consistent data. This will help me to put a control on what I eat, how much, the amount of exercise, etc.
By the way - You may notice in the picture that my daughter was experimenting with how to wear her headband.

I am one of those people that never had to work out until I got married. I then packed on the pounds amazingly fast only to lose most of it after my son was born. I have not been so lucky since. I find reasons or excuses to not go jogging, etc. Such as "Gee, it sprinkled last night... I don't want to get my shoes wet because they will start stinking." Etc. Etc. I have realized through the help of a friend (see below module for a link to her lenses) that I am a stat junkie almost of her caliber. Therefore putting this down in a Squidoo lens and tracking will help me to lose the weight I need to. I am only doing this for my health and my kids. I want to be around for a long time.
Updates
Where have I been?
So it has been a really long time since I updated this lense. Yikes. I am still at the 210 but I have started taking some pretty long walks in the evening and working on changing some eating habits. The walks are nice to clear my head. So I am now working to shed some pounds and keep them off this time. Lifestyle change. Thanks for stopping by!
