This is a fantastic example of a boy's pull apart cupcake cake. It was created when someone wanted a Pokemon themed birthday cake, but couldn't find the supplies! Instead, she used melted chocolate to make Josh's name in the Pokemon font, and place it on top of the cake. The cake ended up being beautiful. Imagine having a cake like this at your son's birthday party!

You need to ice the cupcake cake, and airbrush it with green paint. Make sure the edges are a darker shade of green, and the middle is a lighter shade, in fact, almost a yellow color.

    I did a pull apart cupcake cake for my boyfriend's daughters birthday last year. It was easy to do and a nice alternative to a traditional cake.
