    I prefer pumpkin pie made with individual spices instead of just some 'pumpkin pie spice' so I like your recipe already--and am sure I'll like it even more after I've baked it to eat!

    This looks great. I will have to make the pie crust without cheating (sadly) because they don't sell them in New Zealand, I think. It is a shortcrust pastry, right?

    You have me there, I'm not sure what a shortcrust pastry is...it is just what I think of an 'ordinary' pie crust, like you would use for a regular two-crusted pie. Hope that helps a bit.

    I love pumpkin pie during the holidays. As much as we like it in our house it is kinda weird that we forget about the rest of the year...oh well it is definitely something to look forward to. Appreciate your easy, peasy pumpkin pie share, thanks!

    I agree - pumpkin pie is comfort food! This recipe sounds really good. I love the brown sugar part - I've never made pumpkin pie with brown sugar. I'll definitely be trying this recipe! Adorable pie pans, too!
