    I just love the fall and looking at pumpkins, we hardly ever carve them or make pie out of them. We pick the biggest pumpkins we can find, because they normally rot from the inside out. We just placed a pumpkin that was in the kitchen on the front porch that is starting to go, once we had one last til June.

    I consume pumpkin seeds regularly due them containing plant sterols. This has really helped to keep my cholesterol levels in check. I also love making jack-o'-lanterns with the kids! Ahhh the versatility of the pumpkin!

    My favorite pumpkin recipe is pumpkin soup. It's made with a can of pureed pumpkin, black beans, tomatoes and a whooole lot of curry.

    This is a wonderful lens. Everything is right on topic and you've incorporated content from other lensmasters to round things off. You should be proud of this baby. :D

    Last year was the first time I ever carved a pumpkin, and I plan on doing it again this year. I want to roast lots of seeds, but I only need one or two jack-o-lanterns, so I'm going to have to learn more pumpkin recipes!

    Ah, tis the season for pumpkins! I do love pumpkin bread. Funny, since I moved to the south I don't really carve pumpkins like I did in Ohio. I sure would love to see maybe a couple more recipes for pumpkins! 5*****

    I also Love Pumkins been awhile since I carved any out for Halloween but I used to make fancy pumkins and then I would Baked the seeds :) I love baked pumkin seeds. Blessings
