The Dominican Republic All-inclusive
Last year we vacationed at another all inclusive resort. This time we visited the The Dominican Republic. It is so beautiful in The Dominican Republic! This was my best vacation yet.
The beach took my breath away. The rooms were immaculate, the grounds are stunning and she staff was wonderful.
I really want to go back! I highly recommend this to anyone deciding on a vacation spot! Photo's are below.

Our Arrival
After we landed we walked off the plane right onto the tarmac. Punta Cana International Airport is the coolest airport I have ever seen! It has open-air terminals and the roofs are covered in palm fronds. The landscape is beautiful! Below are some of the pictures of the airport.
Gran Bahia Principe Ambar
First impressions are very important. The lobby was stunning! I had have to find more photos to share. Most of the pictures I took of the lobby were dark or had glare.
After check in we went to our room. Again beautiful. The first thing that caught my eye was the mahogany canopy bed. All of the decor was so happy. From the vibrant colorful artwork to the little towel sculptures.
Our Room

Everything in the hotel, inside and out, has special little touches. The image on the right is an ashtray. All of the ashtrays have the logo imprinted in the sand.
Throughout the hallways there are artful displays of towel origami sprinkled with fresh flower petals. Below are some pictures. The photo with me in it was taken in our room.

Follow Me!
After we checked into our room we took off to check out the resort. The landscape is immaculate. Everything is absolutely perfect. This is an absolute tropical paradise! You will also find coconut and banana trees everywhere. Photo below.

The Pool

All you can drink!

Yep! All you can drink! This can be very dangerous so you have to pace yourself.
In addition to the open bar, there are special drink days. I honestly can't remember if it is every night or every other night. I am surprised I can even remember the trip :) I do remember the first night of our stay it was Coco Loco night and the last night was Champagne & Mimosa night. They set up a nice display and serve you until you can't make it over to order another. Pictures below.

Don Pablo Gourmet Restaurant

There are lot's of options for food but this was my favorite. Most likely you are looking at this dish and trying to figure out what the heck it is.
It is the Banana Flambé. It is soooo good! I can't even explain it in words.
Shop, Dine & Chill!

I could go on forever. The last few pictures are of other things we experienced on our visit.
We had such a good time. Not sure what our next stop will be but looking forward to getting away again.
I have more lenses on other vacation spots. You can check them out on the bottom of this page.
This is a photo of me with this enormous painting in one of the lobbies. I absolutely love the artwork! If you have ever visited any of my other lenses and viewed my art you can see how much I love color.
Fantastic shows!
This was the Michael Jackson portion of the fantastic show we enjoyed!

Other all-inclusive's I have visited.
