It's TRUE, there are lots of golf training courses, books, magazines and drills out there and that's exactly what makes it so confusing. How do you know which one to try and will it work for you or just be a waste of your hard earned cash. Some people try to Rip you Off and SCAM you by selling you information that is already available for free. Why am I telling you all of this? Well as they say "been there..done that.." and to perfectly honest I was fed up of it.

This is a promotional price at the time of writing this review. The normal price is $72 but I don't know how long the promotion is valid for.
So for this price you get the Full Swing Fundamental eBook which explains the step-by-step method to implementing the "Full Swing" action. Each part of the swing is explained in detail so that you can master is bit by bit. There is also a DVD included which I found of great help. Basically this shows you each component of the swing, such as golf grip, backswing, downswing, Impact and Follow-through. As well as some tips for making corrections to your swing.
One of the bonuses is a year long membership to the Pure Point apprentice program which gives you access to weekly tips and lessons, DVD clips, Breakdown sessions where-by each part of the game is analysed. If ths weren't enough then you also get practice drills, worksheets and assignments to measure your progress, Swing analyzer software for your computer whereby you can import a video of your swing and compare it to that of a professional, access to live seminars and a very active forum.

These are big claims and I was a bit skeptical at first but you actually get a 60 day grace period so if you don't get to play for a while or your progress is slow then you still have the option of a refund. Lets be honest, two weeks doesn't appear to be a lot of time to expect results in and I have to admit that it took me a little longer to see the results that I wanted but once you learn the full swing then it's something you don't forget.
The roots of the book lies in learning the "Full Swing" method which was apparently developed by Bobby Eldridge. Bobby has spent the last 30 years training golfers and also runs a series of successful golfing schools in the U.S.. The "Full Swing" method was developed out of frustration of trying to teach new players the classic method. It's easier to understand and implement and so the theory is that you are more likely to hit better using it. This seems to be the case. After you master the swing, which may take a little if you are used to the classic method, you'll find that you can hit further but what I found is more important is that your shots are more accurate and your consistency improves.

This course is aimed at pretty much any level of golfer from beginners through to advanced golfers.If you're a Scratch player then you may pick up a few pointers as well.
Before I took the plunge I wanted to see what other golfers thought of the course. Players loved the memory markers (used to pinpoint mistakes) that Bobby Eldridge gives. Others love the clear instructions, and on this I have to agree. I couldn't find any bad reviews of the Full Swing Fundamentals although some players did take 2 months to improve their game. Overall most people were extremely satisfied claiming that they were now hitting and staying on the fairways more often. Some even saw an improvement the first time out after watching the DVD.
I'm not saying that you'll become the next Tiger Woods or Greg Norman you do have to be realistic but if you follow the instructions and knuckle down then you'll definitely be happy with the results. The good thing is that there is no one pushing you so you can go at your own pace and fit it into your schedule the best way that suits you.
