There are so many different shades of purple from pale lilac to the deep royal purple that there is a shade to suit everyone. I like a deep purple in winter with my black coat as it offers a striking contrast. In the spring and summer I prefer a mauve or lavender shade to compliment the lighter colors I wear then.
