    Viva la Persians! Second for me to a black long haired cat of my daughter's, (Hershey), who was known only as an "exotic." Is that a breed?

    It can be. In England, the "exotic" is a type of Persian with shorter fur but all other Persian characteristics. It can also be a semi-longhair oriental type cat! Thanks for visiting with Hershey :)

    Great lens and wonderful talent in the words and poems. These are among my favorite animals and I breed cross Persians to avoid the genetic problems, but they have all the love and many of the other attributes. Blessed and featured on Sprinkled with Stardust.

    what beautiful poetry, totally appreciated and as I am a lover of animals really went to the heart. Here in Spain I have so many friends that rescue animals and I can't imagine the heart of people when they mistreat these beautiful creatures. My cat is a rescue and we adore her. Great work!
