Can you see the mess on my working place?
I need PBM to organize my little office and my work, and free time for me! The coffee mug is there, let's get busy!

First I decided that I need some time to learn the package because of his unusual overwhelming functionality, I didn't want to go with trail end error method in this case.

The package is working with macros and I have little experience to work with them. If you have a lot of experience working with macros, your learning curve will be shorter then mine.

What is a macro? It is a shortcut of instructions, functions or tasks. It can be a couple of them, can be a long list of them, there is no limitation on numbers of instructions, and when you run a macro all of them will be executed.
The good part is that you put some thinking when you create a macro, and you can repeat the same execution over and over again without to recreate or change the macro.

Think about macros as recurring procedures you must execute more then just ones. Don't create macros for a stand alone action, and don't create macros that you have to change daily.
An effective macro will be the one which you create once, test a lot, and execute daily, weekly, if you need hourly or monthly. You will fill the value, and the power of the macro based on the repetition of its execution.

Second step was to read the ebook from module 2: Push Button Marketer Automation Blueprint. It is hard to retain all the ideas, but at the first reading from top to bottom, I get the general view about functionality, find out what I can do and what don't.

This is where I am now. I have more videos to watch, soon I'll start with some pre-loaded macros, and I'll start thinking about my business, separate the task and find out my needs and start creating macros, I am so exciting!



I listen the next 7 Videos from module 1, they are design to give us the minimum information to get started, and to build our confidence on working with macros.
They contain:

• Overview, General training about Commends, Explain Space Work and Tabs
• The basic commends you need to know, priceless because at the beginning you can be intimidated by the volume, but if you count the most used, you must know to user 8-10 of them for the beginning
• The importance of including Delay commend in our macros
• How to capture a macro live
• How to create repeating macros
• How to test your macros

Basically those videos was what I expected but I had a coupe of surprises as well, i'll list just 2 of them:

• Let say I am not a wizard yet on creating macros, but on my daily routine, I know there are a bunch of actions which I repeat a couple of times per day, without any variation. Topical example of a good module, but I don't know how to created yet. Piece of cake, there is an action button called "Capture a Macro Live", I must click on this action and start to do my work. Listen to this -
  • the software will record what I am doing,
  • the sequence in which I am doing my work and
  • the software will create a macro for me.
  All the time when I need to execute that chunk of work I press a specific key which will start the macro. If this is not Push button I don't know that is.
• I have a macro which I use frequently, I can re-direct the software to create a small spot on the screen for me, I can put that tiny spot where I want on the screen, all the time when I want to execute the macro just click the spot and go in lunch
