Push Up with Row
To do this exercise take a couple of dumbells and place them on the floor as you would "push-up bars", palms facing each other. However, the feet will be placed slightly farther apart than a standard push up position to help with balance while shifting left or right depending which side row you are doing. To add more variation to this exercise turn dumbells inward (palms facing feert) in similar position of grasping a 45lb. bar. From push up postion lower body towards the ground then perform a row on one side when pushing back up.
The Push-Up with Row ads another dimension as well as more variety to your push-up arsenal. For higher reps use lower weigths or heavy weights if you prefer lower reps.

This exercise is done by doing ordinary push-ups on dumbbells and doing alternating single arm rows after each push-up. This is used to strengthen the back, chest, shoulders and triceps, and is is a great workout for stabilizing the core.
