We definitely need to get away from all of the added chemicals in our foods and get more into what our grandparents used to feed us.... FOOD!!

It is really scary to think about just how much our health is being effected and jeopardized by unknown additives in our food. I do believe we trust the food industry too much and people who are always so willing to promote things that are really bad for us. It is always about the dollar and I find that disgusting!

wow, this is very informative and important information about the food we eat. I never heard of Alfa PXP. Thanks for all this great information.

I do believe in the intelligence of our cells, especially after reading The Biology of Belief and see the movie The Living Matrix. Thanks for the wonderful information on an important subject!

It's good for us to know the truth about what we eat. Thanks for this lens!

Being a diabetic I am fairly careful about what I consume and for the most part cook using whole foods. Though that being said I allow myself some diet soda daily as a treat. Talk about fake food. And yet I love it. :)

we try to stay as close to a foods natural state as possible when we eat - usually organic as well.

The less I eat of what's available for food these days, the healthier I am. I believe that 's in large part because of the programming associated with food though- ie emotional stuffing. There's always some kind of unwanted effect on the cells when they're forced to expand unnaturally, which is what we do as a society. Food has come to be about much more than nourishment to folks-it's a great way to transcend addictions. I would say it's the greatest addiction going, but it's an acceptable one until one's faced with the consequences personally and somethings gives. For me, transcending emotional stuffing negated the programming that told me the food was bad. Now my cells are no longer programmed with that and it doesn't matter what I eat. The mind body connection is inseparable. Great lens- keep going deeper -:)

I was going to say exactly what AndyPo just said. You folks are a little bit above my head but I think I understand what you are saying. I do have some intelligent cells at work for me. So I need to got to South America or Spain to get a good Coke again! Very well done and informative! You seem to have put all the pieces together for us so we can see the picture, not the puzzle.

Some serious thoughts here.. good lens.

Well explained. Very interesting and rather worrying. I thought I was avoiding junk food, by cooking nearly everything from scratch. I like the idea of the intelligent cells as analogue computers communicating via enzyme emissions from endoplasmic reticula and golgi bodies etc. I design computers (the silicon chips inside them at least) and they too are made up of cells although each cell is nothing more than a boolean gate with far less "intelligence" than a biological cell (until you put billions of them together)

I live in Central America and we eat quite healthily, mainly because it is so much cheaper here to buy fresh fruits and veggies (many organic) than it is to buy pretty much any type of processed food. I've been here for nearly a decade and am constantly amazed at the people who come down here and go nuts trying to find their favorite brands of prepared pasta, rice dishes and canned foods. They eat tinned and powdered soups . . . totally ignoring the fact that it's quick and easy to make your own with fresh stuff from the market for a fraction of the price and ten times the nutrition!

I've never heard of PXP, this lens is very educational!

    HOORAY!!! FAB!!!!

I've been taking Alfa PXP for a year now. Our bodies have incredible systems in place to do the job of healing. We are hit with cancer cells every single day, but we don't all get cancer. That's because our body has systems in place to take care of it. BUT the incidence of cancer patients have risen in our generation - why? Because our bodies are toxic! And we do not feed ourselves. As Margo says most clearly, the DNA of our bodies do not even recognize what we put in our mouths as food. We are walking, talking wastelands and it is making us the sickest generation yet. Our children will suffer even more. My grandmother was a work horse until the day she died. I used to say I didn't want to live to an old decrepid age. Now that I'm on Alfa PXP, I plan on living a very long healthy life!

Way to go Margo!!! 5*, fav, tweet, you name it!
