You, Me, and Squidoo
Squidoo is my friend. It was love at first sight. That's because of what I learn here, the people I meet here, and what I can create here.
My wife and I like to take road trips. you'll see what I mean. Usually, we visit one or more National Parks, State Parks, Monuments, or Festivals while we're on the road. Take a look at theTravel Lenses I created. You'll find links to them if you scroll down the page.
I've also included a collection of lenses about Psychology. I've worked as a therapist for a number (a surprisingly big number) of years.
Most of the lenses are about psychologists, their theories, and therapy. I'll be writing more about how to apply psychology to solve conflicts in relationships, raise kids, and sell stuff. So, if you want to know how to apply psychology to do those things, be sure to tell me. You can do that by signing the Guest Book and telling me what you want to learn. If you sign up as a fan, you'll get my Squid Casts about those "How to" lenses.
Further down the page, you'll see some of the lenses I created about Bands I like. If you enjoy blues, folk, and blue grass, we share something in common and I'd like to know about it. My wife and I like to take music with us on our road trips. There's nothing we enjoy more than traveling across country, visiting a National Park or a State Park, going to a concert, sight-seeing, and taking pictures along the way. So, if you like doing those things too, be sure to tell me. I like swapping stories with others. Isn't that what social media is all about? (grin)
Still further down the page, you'll see something else, a collection of odds and ends lenses I've created while experimenting with different modules. You may like to see the lens "What Are Victory Medals?" I finished it just before Memorial Day. I'm also proud to say, I'm a Tagfoot Mentor. The same collection includes Tagfoot Mentors, Your Guides in the Clouds
I've tossed in a short list of some of my favorite Groups here on Squidoo. That way you can see more about the types of folks I like to visit. Of course the list is short and my interests are much more varied than what the list implies.
Next, I've included a list of lenses created by some of my favorite Squids. I've decided to include the lenses made by these interesting folks here since they offer information and support to newbies or share some of the interests I have. You'll get the idea what I like about them and why I think you want to know who they are when you see the list. Together, they are an impressive lot.
Not finally, but nearly, I've included a list of links and information about other places where you can find me on the web. I'd be flattered if you'd stop by one or more of those places and said hello. It'd be great to hear what you're doing and have the opportunity for you to tell me how to get to what you want me and visitors to those pages to see.
Have fun, tell me what you like, and come back for a visit some time. You'll be glad you did.

- Well, I like to travel, but I haven't been able to as of late. I do seem to be getting around some of the same sites as you. I LOVE Squidoo, and have been getting a little more comfortable at RedGage. I also admire quite a lot of our Squid friends listed here. I've never been a therapist, but no doubt could use one. :D
Job well done. 5 stars and Fav.
P.S. I thought you might have hinted at what was your inspiration for your user name on your lenosgraphy or profile, but couldn't find a reference. Maybe your aversion to traveling on the open seas? Queasy - asy Sea = QueSea? :D

- We like a lot of the same places. I have so many places I want to write about and will when I find the time. I wish I could see every state in the US, but I don't think I have enough time left to do it. I'll have to be content with about half of them, and some of them we just drove through without having time to do more than use a rest stop or eat. I don't feel I've been anywhere unless I've gotten out and walked for a bit and done some exploring.
